Ingredients for Mughlai Egg Curry Recipe
Boiled eggs

Onion

Green Chilli
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.

Ingredients
- Boiled eggs - 4
- Onion - 2 large chopped
- Green Chillies - 3
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
- Oil - 3 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi Leaves - 2 tsp
- Cream - ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - ½ tsp
Instructions
Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
Heat oil and add the paste. Cook till raw smell leaves.
Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well.
Add water and boil covered for 10 mins till oil floats on top.
Add kasuri methi leaves and cream. Mix well.
Add boiled eggs and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
