My first visit & donation yesterday was From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door, it was all on point. I love that they have processes and procedures (that they are adamant about following, every time) and that donations are by appointment so you’re not standing in line and shuffling through with no customer service. This is a great place to donate. Also, give Kari a raise….SHE IS INCREDIBLE. Knocked it out of the park. No, seriously. Kari is a keeper and I am super glad she was the phlebotomist during my donation! Thank you!!

Best plasma center I have been to. The staff are extremely nice and they actually do their jobs. I would not switch centers if someone paid me. If your reading this and you donate somewhere else..switch today you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely a better experience than BioLife! I was taken as a walk-in new donor and the process was very quick (2.25 hours for sign up, physical, donation) and professional! At BioLife I was turned away even though I had an appointment! These guys are great and even have an app that will make subsequent visits even easier!

I went to donate as I have in the past and this guy by the name of white doe is finishing my registration and is advising that I had Donated at another center they day before which was not true. I went to them to try and donate but they would not listen when I told them where to stick me and did not get it, but they paid me because they stuck me. He than goes on to say I was you people just tell the truth on these questions. He leaves out and comes back in an states you are deferred from here for life for lying and I was like ok but I am grown as hell and have no reason to lie to you. He could have called over there and they would have told him no she did not donate it was hella ghetto to. Long story short don’t waste your time. I am not no dam drug user thats how he was treating me.

0 stars because I called at 11:30 to ask to schedule because I was a new donor she stated “we accept walk-in new donors until 1:30” I got there at 12:58 I was told I couldn’t be seen as soon as I came in because apparently there were three more people in front of me with no way to get home I was counting on that donation

Have been to all plasma places in Charlotte except Biolife. Talecris Grifols on Central Ave. is by far the best run of them all. There is hardly ever, and really never, any wait time and all the donor techs are so awesome in their personalities as well as doing their jobs. Highly recommend if anyone is considering taking up donating. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Went in to donate as a new donor, spent three hours going thru the process just for nobody to be able to find a vein in either arm. I have never NEVER in my 39 years had anyone have any trouble finding my veins, even at a plasma donation center. Then they give me $25 for my time which is laughable because I was supposed to get $150. I don’t care if it’s your policy. Your policy needs to be changed. No fault of my own should mean full compensation. I definitely will NOT be returning to waste my time again and will warn anyone about this place.
