Chose this location based off reviews, was in town for a couple days and nails needed to be done asap. They got me in right away, Julie did my service and she was so sweet! She did an absolutely amazing job. Most of the time you just find a place it turns out not so good but I'm definitely glad I walked in! Will come back when I'm in town again!

I was going for almost 6 years to Kim Nail Salon in Fitchburg and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the business sold and rebranded to Million Beauty Salon. The new owners... very unfriendly and unprofessional. So I started looking for a new place. Cozy Nails was recommended to me by a colleague. I'm so happy I found them. Trish who seems to be managing the salon is sweet, professional and very nice. Lucy does my manicure and she's a true artist. She can do any design I request exceeding my expectations. Ms. Lee does my pedicure. She gives the best pedicure I have ever had. 5 stars all around. Excellent service at a terrific value. I highly recommend this spa and I wish them a very prosperous and happy New Year!

I've been going here for years and have always recommended cozy nails! John is amazing and I would request him any chance you get! He did my nails for my surprise proposal and they were perfect. So I would definitely recommend any bridal-related nails, ask for John!

Overpriced, rushed service, sketchy credit card fee and unprofessional service. I won't be back. I was pressured into buying the $56 pedicure, even after I said three times that I just wanted the basic pedicure. I got the gist that my service would not be as good if I didn't opt for the pricier option. Everything was super rushed, no massage and $10 extra for paraffin wax. When I went to pay, another worker was going to ring me up, but my lady pushed her out of the way and took over, which made tipping uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the service, so I gave a 12.5% tip, and the lady questioned if this was the total tip. I paid cash. The 3.5% credit card fee seems questionable. Very few places charge a credit card fee these days, and if they do, it's a small fee, not 3.5%. I wouldn't be surprised if they are pocketing the credit card fee. They are lucky they have a great location next to the university, Hilldale and Shorewood hills, and will probably always have enough business, regardless of poor service.
