This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot.

This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot. 0 accountability. No call back from the GM. We won't be using this dealership again because of this incident. An employee likely backed a truck into the rental and drove away, shirking responsibility. The GM was useless, and didn't even call me back, even though he said he would. Due to thier cavalier attitude regarding this problem, we will NOT be taking either impala back to this dealership. I hope they are satisfied!

This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot. 0 accountability. No call back from the GM. We won't be using this dealership again because of this incident. An employee likely backed a truck into the rental and drove away, shirking responsibility. The GM was useless, and didn't even call me back, even though he said he would. Take a step back, don't get pressured. Sales event

High pressure tactics, would not let it go with I did not want a car payment. Would not allow me to investigate the vehicles worth. Every time I tried to get on my phone to compare they pushed some more. Mutiple Health issues and financial problems this year. After reviewing the next day found similar vehicles at several other dealerships with less mileage and for less money and even newer for less with the same or more options. Now looking back. They really got me! At the end I did sign the papers for the vehicle. I have brought other vehicles from collage with previous owners and did not have the pressure and investigated my purchase prior to making the decision.
